The linked portal provides Sign In, Sign Up and Forgot your password pages. Business applications, account registration and payments continue on the official eBOSS site. This information listing does not submit applications or collect eBOSS passwords.
Detailed requirements, agency actions, fees and processing-time conditions for online new/renewal, hybrid new/renewal, retirement, special permits, business-record certification, certified permit copies and complaints are available in the official 2025 Citizen’s Charter service entries.
Historical notice: the image still displayed on the city information page advertises January 6–February 14, 2025, 8 AM–5 PM Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays, at the City of General Trias Cultural and Convention Center, Brgy. Sampalucan (Poblacion), and states “NO WALK-INS.” These dates and arrangements belong to the 2025 campaign and are not presented as current 2026 operating hours or policy.
