2. Issuance Of Subdivision Permit
All owner and developers of subdivision projects shall, in addition to securing a Locational
Clearance be required to secure a development permit pursuant to the provisions of EO 648,
PD 957 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations or BP 220 and its Implementing Rules
and Regulations, in the case of Socialized Housing Projects in accordance with the
procedures laid down in EO 71, Series of 1993.
