Owners who wish to travel their animals may request for Veterinary Health Certificate.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE
 Dog/cat should be 3 1⁄2 months old and
above.
 Animal should be vaccinated 2 weeks
before travel or not expired in case of
adult dog/cat
 Animal should be in good health
condition
 Undergone required laboratory test with
negative test result
