BIMS Location and Map Terms
Household map tools are for authorized barangay operations. Address search results may be approximate. The encoding staff member must inspect the map, place the pin on the intended household, confirm the selected barangay, and correct any mismatch before saving.
A BIMS location sketch, hybrid map, pin, or uploaded exterior house photo is not a cadastral survey, lot plan, proof of title, proof of ownership, or legal determination of a property boundary. The uploaded photo is an operational identity and field-verification reference only.
Google Maps content is displayed on demand and remains subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms. Users must not scrape, remove attribution from, download, or independently redistribute Google imagery through BIMS.
