Pickup guide

Pick up and ride.

Claim your unit at the chosen branch, sign the rental agreement, and keep your reference code for tracking.

Bring on pickup Valid ID, license, confirmed reference code, and payment confirmation. Staff may request additional verification depending on the unit and rental period.
